DCR Constitution Beach lot, East Boston. Paved park parking. Fills on warm weekends.

Walk in

2–8 minutes from the lot to public sand, path, and harbor edge. Paved.

Wading

Mostly from shore or ankle-deep. Harbor water. Stay off swim lines in season.

Moving water around dawn and dusk. Skip a hard east wind.
